Dumpling House Eldrige btw Broom and Grand St, New York, NY

This tiny establishment lacks seating and isnt so clean but its well worth the few minutes waiting in the lines that regularly trail out the door. This is by far one of the best deals in town. For 1 dollar you get your choice of 5 veggie or pork dumplings served in a styrofoam box ready for eating. You can buy dumplings in sets of 5 or 10 and you choose your style, the price varies accordingly but its hard to go over a few bucks. They also sell soup and delicious scallion pancakes that contain various fillings ranging from egg to tuna. For a cheap on the go bite this place can't be beat. If you like dumplings and eating cheap you will love dumpling house. They also sell bags of frozen dumplings to take home.
